Dear People,

Fall is my favorite season. While I am sad to see summer go (it went by so fast), I am happy that school has started and am excited to have an excuse to shop. At press time my fabulous fall boots still elude me, but I am on a mission and I will succeed.
In other exciting news, we have re-launched our website. Although the changes are subtle, it will be much easier to navigate around and get the info you are looking for.

Tip of the Month
Fear Not the Skinny Jeans!

Even if you can't bear to vacuum-pack yourself into the skinny jeans/leggings trend, doing Pilates will help slim down your thighs and tone up your bum.
  • Stand with feet slightly turned out from the hips and a little more than shoulder distance apart. Extend your arms out to the sides, keeping your shoulders relaxed.
  • Engage your abs, and keeping your torso upright, bend your knees as deeply as is comfortable, feeling a stretch through your thighs. Hold for 5 counts.
  • Tuck the tailbone under and come back up to a standing position. Repeat 10x and work up to 3 sets.
  • Cautions: Do not bend your knees past the point where your thighs are parallel to the floor. Make sure your knees are following the direction of your toes.
There. You look amazing already.
